Our cooking and baking

We source our ingredients locally as much as possible. Ask for any dietary accommodations at checking in, or - especially in cases of allergies and/or sensitivities - at reservation time.

We offer traditional Spanish small dishes and sandwiches, cakes and cookies from Central European traditions, our international cooking, and there is always a soup.

Everything is prepared freshly on-site in our professional kitchen.
